What can I expect from the event?

The Upside Down Berlin is the biggest interactive social media experience. Its 25 themed rooms & installations are meticulously designed to be the most interactive Berlin experience and the most "instagrammable" backdrop for your TikTok, Instagram and YouTube content.

Visitors are invited to become a centerpiece of the art in these interactive exhibits, which challenge your perspective and offer endless opportunities to capture the perfect shot. But even if you're not there to create social media content, you'll still have a blast exploring and sharing all the creativity the place has to offer.
Where is the experience located? Located near Potsdamer Platz in The Playce at the main floor, The Upside Down Berlin is easily accessible by public transport, with nearby S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations at Potsdamer Platz and Mendelssohn-Bartholdy-Park. If you're driving, there are plenty of parking options in the area. The Upside Down is wheelchair accessible, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the fun.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue? This experience is held indoors in an fully air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last? For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 75 to 90 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase? Absolutely! We have the most instagrammable food or beverage for purchase at this location! Enjoy guilty pleasures like our famous Freakshake, our colourful pastries and amazing cocktails! Or have a cup of coffee or cappuccino before fun begins in our mega instagramworthy café!
Is there parking available? There will be parking available for sure. The giant Q-Park Quartier Potsdamer Platz is directly located underneath the venue for your convenience, but there are many parking lots in the area.
Will there be additional sessions? We are open! Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience does not have virtual reality. Yet...😉
Will there be merchandise for sale? There will absolutely be merchandise for sale at the venue! Try our beautiful Upside Down tees and hoodies or buy our special Upside Down edition of Mensch Ärgere Dich Nicht (Ludo)in pink and mint. An amazing gift for a friend or family member! Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door? We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the venue, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do? You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed? This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
Can I make a group booking? If you would like to book for a large group, please reach out with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group to hello.berlin@the-upsidedown.com

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
What are the prohibited items at the experience? We do not allow visitors to bring their own food and drinks. And obviously we definitely do not allow weapons, drugs and other dangerous items.
Do you offer carer tickets? Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.
Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for hearing/visually impaired people? The hearing impaired will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual.
Will there be strobe lights? This venue includes some strobe lights.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition? This is a walkthrough experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seating opportunity for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site? This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found? We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out at hello.berlin@the-upsidedown.com
Is a coat check available? This venue has a good amount of free lockers available in various sizes—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.
